The process was quick and easy, the only problem was that the certificate was damaged during shipping, need to protect it more!!!

I was disappointed to receive a wrinkled & creased certificate, which was also robo-signed (with a little bitty signature) instead of being signed by a real human being. For the money I spent, I expected excellence, not mediocrity. I'm too embarrassed to hang this cheap-looking certificate in my office.
